Returns & Exchanges

At Dirtybird Records, we want you to look your best on the dance floor, so we offer returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return journey back to the flock.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
